Welcome to Leesburg UMC! After touring this website, please know that the best is yet to come. Nothing can replace what it’s like to actually visit with this church family! The atmosphere around the church campus is welcoming and you can sense that people are glad to be here.

Leesburg UMC is filled with real people who care about being engaged and supportive. We do love one another, place an emphasis on the whole family, and strive to be a supportive presence in the community.

The spirit of the Leesburg UMC serves to be the best church for the community. The church is committed to connecting with the community in ways that contribute to supporting families and family values.

Sunday worship is engaging as well. We sing choruses and hymns and have a choir. We read Scripture and preach from God’s Word. But we’ll also spend time caring and praying for one another when needed. We’ll often take the time to encourage one another when there is something to celebrate. We invite persons to be baptized and to take steps to further their walk in Christ. And, too, on the first Sunday of the month we remember Christ in the manner in which he declared through celebrating Holy Communion. If we had to sum up worship with a descriptive phrase, it would be relaxed-traditional. You certainly do not have to fuss about how to dress! Leesburg UMC is very much, “Come as you are!”
